Foster dog

We are foster parents for dogs who need to get out of the shelter. Until they find someone who can adopt them, we take care of them and make sure they are ok. Really young and really old dogs are particularly vunerable so we try to get them out of the shelter as soon as possible.

This is our current dog - her name is Gracie and she is around six months. I have never met a more scared dog in my life, but she is not hostile, but the sweetest thing. Jon said it was like she had never heard a nice word in her life, and that pretty much sums it up. She is starting to come out of her shell now, and it is a joy to see.

So, if you know someone who is looking for a companion dog, let us know... She is going to be the best dog if someone gives her a chance. Super smart, and as I said, so gentle and kind.
